FAQ

Straight answers

Will the Tailor make things up?
No. It rephrases, reorders and emphasises what is already in your resume to match the job description. It is not allowed to add employers, titles, dates or degrees, and a fact check flags any technology that isn't backed by your original. You review every updated part before sending, and your .docx formatting is kept.
Which browser do I need for Apply Helper?
Chrome 123 or newer. The extension lives in Chrome's side panel and uses your normal GhostAlly sign-in, so there is no token to copy.
Which computers does Call Desk run on?
Windows and macOS. Hiding from screen capture needs Windows 10 (version 2004) or later. On macOS 15 and newer some capture tools can still record the window; Call Desk shows “Share hide limited” when that applies, so you always know.
Is the interviewer able to see Call Desk?
Not in a normal screen share: the window, its browser and its dialogs are excluded from capture. Native file dialogs and the tray icon are the exceptions, and Call Desk avoids or lets you turn them off.
What does the free plan include?
3 resume tailorings and 1 Call Desk call, plus the bid sheet, job search, Process page, Resumes library and the extension.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Pro is $10 for 30 days, paid in crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH and more). There is nothing to cancel: it is a pass, not a subscription. When it ends you are back on Free and your data stays.
What happens to my data?
Your resumes, bids and calls belong to you: export the sheet any time or download your whole account from Settings. Read the privacy notice for the details.
